This study aims to provide the fundamental data to improve quality of life by investigating the relationship between fun factors, class satisfaction and continuous participation intention of university students attending required physical education class, through the formation of a healthy lifestyle of university students who are waiting to enter the business world. For this cause, a survey was conducted with 338 students attending required physical education class in three universities located in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do. By conducting frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, the results were given as follows. First, fun factors of university students attending required physical education class had a statistically significant influence on class satisfaction. Second, fun factors of university students attending required physical education class had a statistically significant influence on continuous participation intention. Third, class satisfaction of university students attending required physical education class had a statistically significant influence on continuous participation intention. Fourth, class satisfaction had a statistically significant mediating effect in relationship between fun factors and continuous participation intention of university students attending required physical education class. After considering all the factors above, I reached the following conclusion that there should be efforts to attract active, voluntary participation from students by stimulating fun factors through the development of various programs which meet requirements by understanding students`` needs and interests.
