This study examined the effect on the career decision-making self-efficacy by job search supporting programs designed to help college student's employment. According to a self-efficacy theory, career self-efficacy is a key factor influencing career activities and performance.
The results showed that career decision-making self-efficacy of college students who participated in the job search supporting programs has been increased significantly. The career planning and development program will be utilized to support college student's employment.
The result indicates that colleges should invest more efforts and budget on the job search supporting programs.
