The purpose of this research is to compare the difference among gender, values in the generation, and lifestyle of Koreans, and to find educational implications. Subjects were 1008 Koreans, comprising 332 were middle and high school students, 364 were college students, and 312 were adults. Survey questionnaire composed by 14 question items were investigated. Collected data were analyzed using chi-squared analysis and two-way analysis of variance to find out the differences among gender and generation. The results of this research are as follows. First, it was confirmed that traditional values of family, such as ``a notion of preferring a son than a daughter``, ``the necessity of having children``, and ``the importance of marriage``, were on the decline in all the generation. Second, it was found that ``success would be difficult to achieve through individual efforts``, and ``law-abiding citizens would suffer more loss``. This reflects the seriousness of the pathological phenomenon of our society. And the responses that ``desire to emigrate abroad`` were found to be high in all the generations, thereby indicating that Koreans have been seriously exposed to the political, economic, and social stresses. Third, the value of career that people would work in the same workplace until retirement, was increasingly weakening. And responses that, ``likely to be ease change jobs due to dissatisfaction``, ``even though reduced salary, opposed to workforce reduction``, ``refuse to overtime work``, and ``refuse to non-work-related orders`` were relatively high in younger generation. It were required the alternatives to promote professional consciousness and value of proper career. Fourth, all the generations had a common interest in physical appearance such as figure and adornment, and this was relatively high in the younger generation. And all the subject male and female college students had the consumption habit in living without consideration of financial sense. The reinforcement of educational programs was required in order to have a more mature perspective on physical appearance, clothing, and consumer lifestyle. These are to be based on psycho-social maturity, personality, and mental health.
