    This study is to investigate the effects of organizational support, subordinate support and superior support as social support of hotel industry on both Work Family Facilitation and organizational commitment. In order to complete the research, 330 survey questionnaire were distributed, and 293 valuable data were collected. The findings are as follows. First, organizational support and subordinate support made significant effect on both Family Work Facilitation factors and Work Family Facilitation factors while superior support had no significant relationship with Family Work Facilitation factors and Work Family Facilitation factors. Second, Family Work Facilitation factors and Work Family Facilitation factors had significant relationship with organizational commitment. Third, unlike the second finding above, organizational support,subordinate support and superior support as social support of hotel industry made significant relationship with organizational commitment.
