호텔, 외식, 관광 전공 대학생의 진로 장벽이 진로 결정 수준에 미치는 영향 : 전공 만족도의 매개 효과를 중심으로 = The mediating effect of major satisfaction on the relationship between career barrier and career decision level among college students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between career barrier and career decision level and the mediating variable of major satisfaction. This study researched college students of hotel, restaurant and tourism majors. And it was used SPSS statistical program for factor and reliability analysis and AMOS 4.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. The result was to show significant relationship among career barrier, career decision level and major satisfaction. First,career barrier(parents' objection, anxiety of external situation, shortage of decision)had impacts on career decision level. Second, career barrier(parents' objection, anxiety of external situation) had influences on major satisfaction. Third, major satisfaction had effects on career decision level. Forth, major satisfaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between career barrier and career decision level. These results can provide productive implications and effective college development policies for practitioners.
