외식기업의 성과평가와 성과분배제도에 따른 잭임단위별 응집성과 성과의 관계 = The Relationships among Performance Evaluation System, Performance Distribution System, Group Cohesiveness and Performance in a Food Service Corporation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper has explored and developed the links among the performance evaluation system, performance distribution system, group (profit center) cohesiveness, and performance in a food service corporation. The results indicated that the performance evaluation system and performance distribution system were significantly positively associated with group cohesiveness and the performance. And the group cohesiveness was also found to be significantly positively associated with the financial and non-financial performance. Therefore, structuring the proper performance evaluation system and the performance distribution system is a very important factor in improving the performance of food service corporations.
