      대학생들의 영어 학습 탈동기 요인 척도 개발 = Developing a Scale through Research on Demotivation Factors in College Students` Learning English

      Many students in Korea have difficulty learning English despite 10 years of English classes. The reason for this difficulty has been simply identified as demotivation. Little further research into how demotivation is caused and how it can be prevented has been done. The purpose of this study is to do this research on university students. For this research a primary demotivation factors scale was developed by the present researcher. 225 students participated in this survey and their responses were analyzed through statistics. According to the results, the demotivating scale consists of four factors. The validity and reliability of the demotivating scale was significant statistically.(Mokwon University)

      Many students in Korea have difficulty learning English despite 10 years of English classes. The reason for this difficulty has been simply identified as demotivation. Little further research into how demotivation is caused and how it can be prevented has been done. The purpose of this study is to do this research on university students.
