성인의 평생학습을 통한 행복과 행복요인의 관계 분석 = Study on Happiness of Lifelong Learning and Happiness of Life for Adults

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 평생학습자들이 경험하는 학습을 통한 행복을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 성인 평생학습자 173명에 대해 학습경험의 과정과 결과를 반추하였을 때의 인지적, 정서적 행복감을 1:1 인터뷰 하였다. 연구진은 유형화된 인터뷰 경험을 토대로 설문문항을 개발하고 경기도 거주 성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 최종 243명의 응답을 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 한 결과, 자아존중감 향상, 내적성장 만족, 부정정서 감소, 의미추구 향상의 요인이 도출되었다. 평생학습 행복은 연령이 높을수록, 경제활동을 하는 사람이 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 학습시간이 많을수록, 학습이 충분하였다고 생각할수록 평생학습 행복도가 높았다. 삶의 행복요인 만족도와 평생학습 행복수준의 차이분석에서 전반적인 요인에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 경제력과 종교에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이 연구는 평생학습 행복을 경험자들의 목소리를 담아 주관적 행복감을 탐색한 연구라는 데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 UNESCO에서 추구하는 평생학습의 영역과 본 연구에서 탐색된 평생학습 행복요인과의 관계성을 고찰하고, 평생학습의 참여율 또는 만족도 등 투입 및 과정지표와 다른 관점에서의 평생학습 효과성을 분석하는 결과지표로 평생학습 행복을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to explore the lifelong happiness for Korean adults. A total 173 adults responded to 1:1 interview question about their happiness with learning. From the content analysis of those responses were happiness-related items derived. Then 243 adult rated themselves on th list of those items. Factor analysis of those data ended up with 4 factors, which were improving self-esteem, satisfaction of internal growth, decreasing negative affect and searching for meaning. The survey measured lifelong learning happiness for korean adults, subjectively. As results, lifelong learning happiness increase as time and satisfaction of learning. The variance analysis shows that factors of life happiness were different significantly, except economic and religious factor. The significance of this study has to put the voice of experience and learning to navigate the subjective learning happiness. This research investigated factors of lifelong learning happiness relationships with the pursuit of lifelong learning at UNESCO. Furthermore Lifelong learning happiness is proposed as an alternative point of view to analyze the key performance of lifelong learning programs.
