2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 교원양성 대학의 대처 방안 = Teachers College Preparation for 2015 Revised National Curriculum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교육과정 실행의 주체자가 될 예비교사를 양성하는 교원양성 기관의 역할에 주목하고 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 교원양성 기관의 대처 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2015 개정 교육 과정의 배경, 총론과 각론의 주요 내용을 분석하였고 그 결과에 따라 교원양성 대학의 대처 방안을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과, 2015 개정 교육과정의 특징은 ‘창의 융합인재 육성’과 ‘교실 수업 개선을 통한 학생의 학습 경험의 질 개선’으로 집약할 수 있었다. 그리고 교원양 성 대학의 대처 방안은 초등학교 주요 개정에 관한 측면, 교육과정 편제상의 대 처 방안, 교육과정 운영상의 대처 방안의 세 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims to review a draft proposal of the 2015 National Curriculum and suggests the plan to prepare the facilities and to revise the curriculum for students of teachers college. First, the draft was examined by three parts: Background, general introduction, and content of subjects in draft proposal. Second, a tentative coping plan to prepare the members of University of Education was proposed. The characteristics of 2015 National Curriculum draft tend to focus on cultivating ``the talented students of creativity and fusion.`` and improving the experiential qualities of students by the renewal of the instructional content and method. Teachers college may be recommended to cope the change of the content and method in elementary school, and to take an initiative to revise the school curriculum in advance.
