진로인식 향상을 위한 만5세 유아 진로코칭 프로그램 구안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로인식 향상을 위한 만5세 유아 진로코칭 프로그램을 구안하기 위해 선행연구 고찰과 전문가 의견조사를 통해 프로그램의 내용을 구성하였다. 만5세 유아 진로코칭 프로그램의 구성요소는 ‘자기이해’, ‘자아인식’, ‘진로정보 탐색’, ‘진로계획’이라는 4개 요소로 구성하였고, 프로그램의 목표는 ‘자신의 장점을 알고 긍정적 관계 형성하기’, ‘장점을 발견하고 감정 조절하기’, ‘자신감을 가지고 문제해결 하기’, ‘목표를 정하고 계획하기’ 이다. 프로그램의 내용은 ‘나를 자랑해요’, ‘칭찬거울’, ‘타임머신 여행’, ‘감정을 조절할 수 있어요’, ‘할 수 있는 동그라미와 할 수 없는 동그라미’, ‘이럴 땐 어떻게 할까요?’, ‘나는 할 수 있어요’, ‘나의 꿈 따라잡기’ 8개의 활동으로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램의 구안은 만5세 유아 진로코칭 프로그램을 통한 진로인식 향상에 의의가 있으며, 코칭은 기존의 유아 진로교육 교수학습방법과 차별화된 새로운 교수학습방법으로서 가능성을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main goal of this study is a career coaching programming for five-years-old children to career awareness improvement which contains literature investigation and a survey by experts. There are four important factors in this study: 1.Self knowledge 2.Self awareness 3.Seeking career information 4. Career planning.The purposes of this study are ‘knowing strength of oneself and make a positive relationship with others’, ‘discover one’s strength and control one’s emotion’, ‘solving problem with confidence’, ‘planning for their goal’. This program contains 8 main contents: self-boast, compliment mirror, time machine travel, I can control my emotion, circle one of these two answers: can do it or cannot do it, what are you going to do in this situation? I can do it, catch up my dream. This study is focused on career awareness improvement for five-years-old children through career coaching program and this study has different teaching and learning method than existing youth career education teaching and learning method.
