일반 고등학교 직업교육 지원을 위한 교육과정편성,운영 방안과 2015 국가 교육과정 개정을 위한 정책 제언 = Curriculum Organization and Implementation for Enhancing the Vocational Education of General High Schools and the Strategic Policies for the 2015 National Curriculum Reform

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to suggest ways to organize and implement the general high school curriculum for enhancing vocational education and to designate the strategic policies for the next curriculum reform. This study initially defines the concept of vocational education and divides it into the three types based on the analysis of several previous studies and experts`` opinions. This study determines how each type of vocational education can be concretely undertaken based on a survey of the teachers at 144 general high schools, which is 11% of the total number of general high schools. This study then designates the three support strategies that should be reflected in the 2015 National Curriculum Reform: 1) two units of general work education in the first year of high school should be compulsory for general high schools, and voluntary for special-purpose high schools; 2) the present standards of the General Guidelines of the 2009 Curriculum Revision related to vocational course for general high schools should be revised; and 3) a new curriculum to teach high-school students about occupational ethics, values, health, and safety needs to be developed.
