BSC의 비재무적 관점이 재무적 관점에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 조직의 인적자원관리 측면에서 Kaplan and Norton (1992) 이 개발한 BSC 모형을 개별성과지표간의 인과관계를 검증하는 것이다. 즉 BSC 의 이론적 모형을 전제로 네 가지 관점간의 인과관계를 경기지역 중소 제조업의 자료를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 즉 고객관점(customer perspective), 내부 비즈니스 프로체스 관점(internal business process perspective)，학습과 성장 관점(learning and growth perspective) 등 비재무적 관점이 재무적 관점(financial perspective)에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 인과관계를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 소재 중소 제조업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 14.0 및 AMOS 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다 .본 연구의 결과는 BSC의 네 가지 관점에서 내부 비즈니스 관점과 고객관점 간의 관계를 제외하고 학습과 성장관점，내부 비즈
니스 관점，고객관점 및 재무관점간의 지각적인 인과관계를 확인하여 줌으로써 BSC를 비롯한 성과측정관련 연구와 실무에서 비재무적인 관점 측정의 중요성을 일깨워주고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 조직 구성원들에 대한 관리자나 경영자가 노력이 어떠한 방향으로 집중시켜나가야 할 것인지에 대한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

This study investigates effects of the BSC model's non-financial perspectives such as internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective, customer perspective on the financial performance. To achive research purpose, this study conducted a survey of previous literature, constructed a questionnaire to collect data from small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Gyunggi area, and applied the structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among non-financial perspectives on BSC model. As results of this study, the learning and growth perspective of the model has positive effects on internal business process perspective and customer perspective, which, in turn, has positive effects of financial perspective. It would be valuable in the sense that this is the first attempt to introduce a BSC model to the small- and medium-sized of enterprises in Korea, even though this is a replication study of a BSC model proposed by Kaplan and Norton.
