어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 코칭역량이 보육교사의 보육헌신에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육교사가 지각하는 어린이집원장의 변혁적 리더십과 코칭역량이 보육교사의 보육헌신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하며, 이 연구결과를 토대로 어린이집의 효율적인 운영과 보육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 남부지역 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 수집된 373부의 설문지를 빈도분석과 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test와 일원변량분석 및 pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 보육교사의 보육헌신, 자신이 근무하는 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 코칭역량의 인식수준을 살펴 본 결과, 교사들은 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 코칭역량에 대해 보통 이상의 수준으로 인식하고 있으며, 스스로의 보육헌신정도에 있어서도 보통 이상으로 인식하고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 보육교사의 사회․인구학적 변인에 따른 보육헌신의 차이를 살펴본 결과 보육교사의 연령, 경력, 보유자격, 직위, 학력에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 보육교사가 지각한 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십 및 코칭역량과 보육교사의 보육헌신과의 상관을 살펴 본 결과, 보육교사의 보육헌신은 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십 및 코칭역량과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out how transformational leadership and coaching competency of child care facility directors influence child care teachers on their child care devotion. Also, to provide data of effective management to enhance the qualified care for infants and young children. 373 survey data was collected from child care teachers who work in child care facility located in Southern part of Gyeonggi-do. Those child care teachers are the subjects of this study. Data was analyzed by frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and post-hoc test, and pearson.'s correlation analysis. The results of this study shows that the subjects of this study had perception of 'child care devotion of themselves' and 'the transformational leadership and coaching competency' of child care facility directors to be above the standard. Demographic characteristics of child care teachers had shown differences in their child care devotion. There were statistically significant differences shown in ages, working experiences, certifications that they obtained related to child care, job position, and academic years. When evaluating the subject's perception of the 'transformational leadership and coaching competency' of child care facility directors and to their 'child care devotion,' it showed positive correlation to each other.
