코칭을 활용한 레지오 에밀리아 접근법이 유아의 언어 창의성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 코칭을 활용한 레지오 에밀리아 접근법을 통해 유아의 언어창의성에 어떠한 변화가 있는지와 언어창의성 하위영역인 유창성, 독창성, 융통성에 어떠한 변화가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 경기도 평택에 있는 어린이집에 다니는 만4·5세반 18명으로 6주동안 코칭을 활용한 레지오 에밀리아 접근법을 실시하였다. 유아기는 아직 사고의 틀이 고정적이지 않고 마음껏 상상의 나래를 펼칠 수 있는 언어 창의성 발달 최적의 시기이라 할 수 있다. 이 중요한 시기를 어떤 방법으로 언어 창의성을 발달시킬 수 있느냐가 관건이라 할 수 있다. 연구결과는 코칭을 활용한 레지오 에밀리아 접근법을 통해 유아의 언어창의성과 하위영역인유창성, 독창성, 융통성이 향상되었다. 코칭을 활용한 레지오 에밀리아 접근법은 유아가 스스로 생각하고 실천하며 또래들과의 상호작용, 토론을 통해 다양한 면에서 생각해 보도록 함으로써 창의성을 향상시키는데 효과적이라고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research has an object that is proved through Reggio Emilia approaching that makesnuse of coaching. It finds out some challenge of language creativity of child and of fluency,ncreativity and flexibility-sub directory. The coaching was used to children who go tonPyeongtaek city child care and are 4,5 years old for 6 weeks. Preschoolers are not fixednabout thinking and have imaginative power therefore they develop their language creativitynrapidly. Above all, there is much difference by using certain coaching.nWe came into the result that Reggio Emilia approaching that makes use of coaching hasnimproved children's language creativity and children's fluency, creativity, flexibility-subndomain of this research. This coaching is effective to develop creativity by children thinkingnand exercising for themselves, interacting with other children, and discussing to makenchildren think about different sides.
