예비교사의 변인별 중등교사의 인성 요소에 대한 전문가 및 예비교사의 인식비교 = Perception Comparison of Pre-teachers and Educators about Teacher Character According to Pre-teachers' Variables

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중등 교사가 갖추어야 할 인성요소에 대해 전문가의 인식과 예비교사의인식이 서로 다른가를 밝히는 데 있다. 또한 교원양성기관 재학기간, 교육실습, 교육봉사 및 진로 요인에 따라 예비교사가 중요하다고 인식하는 교직인성이 전문가의 인식과 다른가를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 예비교사 252명을 대상으로 전문가 22인과 비교 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 성실성, 책임감, 교사효능감, 교육적 신념, 소명의식 영역에서 예비교사와 전문가의 중요도 인식에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 예비교사의 학년에 따라, 교육실습 이수 여부에따라, 교육봉사 이수 여부에 따라, 그리고 교직 장래희망에 따라 예비교사와 전문가의 교직인성 인식에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 예비교사들의 교직 인성 함양을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study compared pre-service teachers' perceptions of teacher character with educators.
A total of 252 pre-service teachers and 22 of educators participated in the survey. Data wereobtained through questionnaires and a MANOVA was used to analyze the data. The majorfindings of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences of theperception of teacher character between pre-service teachers and educators in diligence,responsibility, teacher efficacy, educational belief, sense of duty. pre-service teachers's gradelevel, the experience of student teaching, the experience of educational services, and careerpath influenced the significant mean differences of the perception of teacher character betweenpre-service teachers and educators. Based on the findings, implications for the pre-serviceteachers' character were discussed. This study can be used as a basic material for developingand conducting character programs of pre-service teachers' training.
