재가 요양보호사의 감정노동에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study investigated the motional labor factors influencing job stress, job satisfaction and job involvement of home care workers. Study subjects were 186 home care workers in Jeonnam region. The data was collected from December 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014.Thus, the data analysis were utilized by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Frequency analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted. The results of this study were as follows. As results, first, emotional labor has the significant positive(+) effect on job stress. In other words, as emotional labor increases, job stress increases. Second, emotional labor and job stress show significant effects on job satisfaction negatively. Third, job satisfaction has the significant positive(+) effect on job involvement. But, emotional labor and job stress show no significant effects job involvement. From the results of the research, the emotional labor needs to be managed because it has the direct and indirect effects on of job stress and job satisfaction.
