This study was to identify the effects of person-environment fit on organizational commitment and turnover intention of hotel employees and the moderating effects of self-efficacy between person-environment fit and organizational commitment and turnover intention. Data were collected from employees of a deluxe hotel located in Seoul, Korea. Hypotheses were examined using regression analysis. The results are summarized as follows. First, the person-organization fit has a positive effect on the organization commitment. Second, the person-organization fit has a negative effect on the turnover intention. Third, the person-job fit has a positive effect on the organization commitment. Forth, the person-job fit has a negative effect on the turnover intention. Lastly, the self-efficacy play a (reducing) moderating role between the person-job fit and the turnover intention.
