In the consideration of the potential cruise market, this research was carried out to capture how those images change after tourists went on a cruise and define image attributes that have an effect on tourism satisfaction, revisit intention, recommendation intention. The subjects of this research are Japanese cruise tourists visiting Busan. The findings are as follows: Firstly, both of cognitive images and affective images are enhanced after cruising to Busan. Secondly, for the affective images, attraction, vitality, and negative attributes are commonly significant before and after a visit. For the cognitive images, exotic atmosphere of a city and tourism infrastructure are common attributes before and after a visit. Culture is additionally found in the attributes of before-visit images and communication is additional attributes of after-visit images. Thirdly, in the correlation analysis between affective images and satisfaction, attraction is found to be a significant attribute before a visit, whereas attraction and vitality are significant after a visit. Fourthly, in the correlation analysis between cognitive images and satisfaction, tourism infrastructure, exotic atmospheres, and culture are marked attributes of before-visit, while exotic atmospheres and tourism infrastructure are prominent attributes of after-visit.
