비즈니스 매너 수업에서의 문제중심학습(PBL)을 활용한 수업운영 사례연구|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 문제중심학습(PBL)에 대한 관심이 증대되고 대학교육의 적용이 활발히 진행되고 있는 상황에서 교양과목인 비즈니스 매너 수업에 PBL을 적용하여 교육효과를 살펴보고자 사례연구를 수행하였다. 수업은 강의수업과 PBL을 혼합하여 운영되었으며, 비즈니스 매너를 수강하는 63명을 대상으로 중간고사와 기말고사를 제외한 13주간의 수업기간 중 6주간 PBL 학습법을 운영하였다.
연구를 통해 도출된 PBL의 교육효과는 첫째, PBL을 통해 학습자는 자기주도학습 능력, 지식의 습득, 실무능력 및 협동능력 등이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 효과적인 PBL이 되기 위하여 학습자의 조력자로서 교수자의 역할이 PBL의 성공에 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 셋째, PBL 수행과정에서 SNS와 e-class 등과 같은 정보통신기술을 활용함으로써 교육효과를 얻을 수 있다. 넷째, PBL을 통한 비즈니스 매너의 교육효과를 향상시킴으로써 비서관련 교양교과목을 활성화하여 비서교육을 대중화할 수 있다. 또한 이 연구의 한계점과 양적연구를 포함하는 후속연구를 위한 제언이 함께 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is a case study on the application of problem-based learning (PBL) in a business manner class to evaluate the educational effect of PBL. Business manner class was conducted with blended learning using classroom instruction for 7 weeks and PBL for 6 weeks, except for mid-term and final exams in 15 weeks.
The results of this study are as follows: First, PBL learners showed various educational effects such as self-directed learning skills, acquisition of knowledge, practical skills and abilities, and improved collaboration. Second, the role of professors as helpers was identified as a key success factor for effective PBL. Third, educational efficiencies could be obtained by utilizing information communication technologies(ICT) such as SNS and e-class in the course of PBL. Fourth, PBL can contribute to the popularization of secretary-related education. As for limitations of this study, quantitative research with suggestions for future research is presented.
