사회적기업가 양성 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 연구 = A Study on the Education Program for Training Social Enterprisers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업에 대한 논의를 진척시키고, 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업을 육성하기 위하여 노동시장 통합형 장 애인 사회적기업의 이론적 토대를 제시하고자 국내 사회적기업가 양성 교육 기관의 교과과정을 분석하고 정량조사와 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업가를 양성하는데 적절한 교과과 정 개발하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구와 노동시장 통합 형 장애인 사회적기업가 의견조사와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 국내 교육과정 분석결과 및 수요조사 결과에 따라 5가지의 요소인 사회적 기업가 정신, 경영 및 재활기초지식, 윤리적 기질, 기업가 정신, 실무능력을 골고루 갖춘 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적 기업가 교육과정 Curriculum 운영방안을 설계하였다.

This study aimed to progress a discussion about the Work Integration Social Enterprises for disabled person, and to present the theoretical basis of the Work Integration Social Enterprises in order to promote them so it is analyzed the curriculum of education organization to train domestic social enterprisers and developed an appropriate curriculum that based on the result of quantitative research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) to train Work Integration Social Enterprisers. For the purpose, it is drawn a conclusion from literary research, survey research focused on Work Integration Social Enterprisers, and FGI. Based on analysis results of domestic curriculum and demand survey, The curriculum for Work Integration Social Enterprisers was designed whose has a five elements –social entrepreneurship, Basic Knowledge about management and rehabilitation, ethical disposition, entrepreneurship, executive ability-.
