The purposes of this study were to investigate which can influence the job satisfaction among the employees in the christian social welfare agencies, and to identify the way to increase the job satisfaction among the employees in the christian social welfare agencies. To make this possible, the questionnaires have been distributed targeting the employees in the christian social welfare agencies. Among these, two hundred respondents were used in the final analysis and the data was analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as following; First of all, the result of correlation analysis found that the highest correlation was leadership followed by reward system, feedback, staff development opportunities, job identity, job importance, diversity, and the lowest correlation was autonomy. Secondly as a result of multiple regression analysis in order to examine the determinants of job satisfaction among the employees in the christian social welfare agencies, religious health in spirituality factors were shown as having most effect on job satisfaction followed by reward systems, leadership, and job characteristics. Based on these results, some of implications will be suggested for the job satisfaction improvement for the employees in the christian social welfare agencies. First, it is required to improvement of supervision in job characteristics of the employees in the christian social welfare agencies. Second, it is required to improvement of leadership and reward system in organizational characteristics of the employees in the christian social welfare agencies. Finally, it is required to improvement of religious health in spirituality among the employees in the christian social welfare agencies.
