스포츠 자신감 개념 구조 탐색: 투기종목 선수를 대상으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라의 문화와 현상에 맞는 스포츠 자신감 수준을 측정하는 척도 개발을 위한 일차적 연구로서, 투 기종목 선수들의 자신감 개념을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대학, 실업팀에 소속 된 투기종목(태권도, 유도, 복싱, 레슬링) 선수를 대상으로 총 791명(반 구조화된 개방형질문 127명, 탐색적 요인분석 297명, 확인적 요인분석 367명)을 비확률 표집방법(nonprobability sampling) 중 목적적 표집방법(purposive sampling)으로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이후 수집된 자료의 분석은 PASW 18.0 Version Program을 이용하여 개방형 질문 답변을 원자료, 세부영역, 일반영역으로 분류하기 위해 빈도분석(frequency analysis)과 요인구조 탐색을 위해 탐색적 요인분석(ML, Oblimin) 및 신뢰도(reliability analysis)분석을 수행하였으며, 요인구조 확정을 위해 Lisrel 8.5 Version Program을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 거쳐 도출된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 투기종목 선수들은 자신감을 투지, 긍지, 신체능력, 침착함 등으로 표상하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 투기종목 선수들은 투지, 긍지, 침착함, 신체준비가 완벽한 상태를 자신감이 있는 상태로 표상하는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 투기종목 선수들은 부정정서, 압박감, 신체준비가 부족한 상태를 자신감이 없는 상태로 표상하는 것으로 나 타났다. 넷째, 투기종목 스포츠 자신감은 투지, 여유, 압박감, 신체준비 요인으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠 자신감을 구성하는 투지, 여유, 압박감, 신체준비 요인은 구조적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The theories from other countries are somewhat limited to apply for our academic field because of cultural differences, so researchers` opinions are coincided with the point that researches need to be appropriate for our sports circumstances. This study aimed to develop scales to evaluate for sport confidence level which is fitted into our cultures and status as preceding research, and consequently the purpose of the study is to investigate confidence notion of our Competitive sports players. The total 791 data were collected from Taekwondo, Judo, Boxing and Wrestling players in colleges, and business teams(semi-structuralized open-ended questions 127 people, exploratory factor analysis 297 people, confirmatory factor analysis 367 people) with purposive sampling method, and the results are shown below. First, the players presented confidence as Persistence, Pride, Physical prime, and Calm. Secondly, the players presented status of having confidence as Persistence, Pride, Calm, perfect condition of Physical prime. Third, the players presented status of not having confidence as Negative Emotion, Hesitation, deficient condition of Physical prime. Fourth, sport confidence of Competitive sports consisted of Persistence, Calm, Hesitation, and Physical prime factors. Finally, the factors, Persistence, Calm, Hesitation and Physical prime, which are the components of sport confidence, are structurally appropriate.
