      『大乘玄論(대승현론)』 길장 찬술설에 대한 재고찰 -「二諦義(이체의)」를 중심으로 = A Reconsideration of the Theory Jizang Compiled Dachengxuanlun :Focused on Erdiyi, Dachengxuanlun Vol. 1

      Until today, Dachengxuanlun, which regarded to embody the essential thought of Sanlun tradition, has been highly evaluated by people as the most representative work of Jizang`s late years. However, whether Jizang is the real author of Dachengxuanlun has remained doubtful. Although there is no denying that substantial part of Dachengxuanlun came from other texts, it has been generally considered as Jizang`s work in a broad sense and its verses have been frequently quoted in many other studies of Sanlun tradition assuming that either Jizang or his disciples compiled this document from Jizang`s previous works. Still, it seems inappropriate to regard the work as Jizang`s. For one thing, Erdiyi, Dachengxuanlun Vol. 1 seems to have imitated the framework of Yije`ui, Daeseungsalonhyun`uigi Vol. 5 and have partially adopted the writings not only from Erdiyi, Zhongguanlunshu, Jingmingxuanlun of Jizang, but also from Yije`ui and Palbul`ui in Daeseungsalonhyun`uigi of Hyegyun. Besides, in every section of Erdiyi, Dachengxuanlun Vol. 1, some ideas contradict or discord with Jizang`s thoughts. Accordingly, the extant Dachengxuanlun is highly unlikely to be either a Jizang`s work or a his disciple`s compilation. All in all, we should interpret Dachengxuanlun in an objective and analytic way instead of taking conventional synthetic approach. I am certain that this could be a breakthrough that enables us in this field of studying Sanlun develop further

      Until today, Dachengxuanlun, which regarded to embody the essential thought of Sanlun tradition, has been highly evaluated by people as the most representative work of Jizang`s late years. However, whether Jizang is the real author of Dachengxuanlun has remained doubtful.
