      긍정심리자본 및 사회적 자본과 개인 창의성의 관계

      For years, creativity research has focused on human capital is equated with knowledge, skills, abilities or competencies. But in recent decades, social capital and positive psychological capital have been considered important factors in creativity research, but relatively few studies have explicitly examined the link between social capital as structural dimension and positive psychological capital and individual creativity. Moreover, although resources a person has effect on creativity each other rather than individually in individual mind, previous research has not examined this. Therefore this study examined the effects of social capital and positive psychological capital on individual creativity, and the interaction effect of two capitals on it.
      We selected respondents who generate ideas, solve problems, and improve for existing method at their work. The final usable sample in this study was 232 employees, working in 22 organizations in Korea. Specially network centrality as the structural dimension of social capital measured closeness centrality, we excluded the team with less than five members for measuring more accurate closeness centrality.
      The result indicated that both social capital and positive psychological capital affected employee's creativity and their interaction effect also. These results suggest that not only every organization needs to adapt its psychological capital development and management approaches to its own situation and realities, making it unique and organization-specific but also considerate individual's social capital.
