Temporale Referenz in der Zweitsprache. Eine Untersuchung am Beispiel des Zweitspracherwerbs und -gebrauchs des Deutschen durch Roreanische Krankenschwestern : 권영숙

국문 초록 (Abstract)

성인 언어습득자(Zweitsprachlevnes)가 - 어린이가 제1언어인 모국어를 배 우는 것과는 달리 제2언어 사용구조가, 예를 들자면 현재, 과거, 미래의 시 간적 개념이 주도적 역할을 한다. 제2언어 습득자는 한 실용적인 문제를 가 지고 있는데, 그것은 그들이 이미 가지고 있는 시간적 개념과 그것을 표현 하 는데 이미 습득한 언어표현수단사이에서 오는 불균형에서 야기된다. 즉 성인 언어 습득자의 과제는 시간의 연관관계를 텍스트에서 그들이 습득하고 있는 언어표현 수단을 어떻게 효과있게 활용하여 청자에게 이해할 수 있게끔 표현 하느냐가 문제다. 본 논문에서는 제2언어(Zweitsprache) 가 시간의 연관관계 를 표현하는데 어떻게 사용되는가를 고찰한다. 본 연구를 위해 사용된 주요 데이타로서는 열명의 한국의 간호원들의 찰리채플린의 영화줄거리 이야기하고 (Filmnacherzahlung) 그들의 생활이야기(Erzahlung)이다. 이 텍스트들을 가 지고 본고에서는 시간표현하는 언어수단이 어떻게 다르게 사용되는가를 연구 한다. 이 연구의 중점은 제2언어습득에 있어서 모국어의 영향이다. 이것을 위해 독일인들과 다른나라 취업종사자, 예를 들면 터키인, 이태리인들의 찰 리채플린의 영화줄거리 이야기하기(Filmnacherzahlung)를 비교텍스트로 사용 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Many historical comparative analyses have proved that the origins, nature, and growth of a welfare state are determined by the contextual nature of the society, i.e., political institutions, economic conditions, social structures, and cultural traditions. Nonetheless, many critical studies about social welfare programs in the
Republic of Korea (ROK) have been concerned mainly with the benefits, financing, and administration of the programs. They seem to have little consideration for the contextual nature of the society in their analyses. This study (1) analyzes the structural characteristics and shortcomings of ROK's social welfare policy and
illuminates social values toward social welfare issues embedded in the policy; (2) identifies the contextual factors of the society that have shaped the social welfare programs; (3) and then, based on these findings, suggests future reform measures more in keeping with ROK's realities.
For the first purpose, four major social welfare programs of the ROK. Medical Insurance, National Pension, Livelihood Protection, and Medical Aid programs are analyzed with Gilbert and Specht's framework For the second purpose, an analysis of the contextual nature of the ROK is made, which is composed of political, economic, social, and cultural factors. Finally, based on the findings from the two
analyses, the exploration of the future direction for ROK's social welfare policy is made. Methodologically, this study relies on descriptive generalization and major sources for the analysis are secondary data. The ecological contexts of ROK's social welfare policy formation and implementation can be defined as politically
bureaucratic-authoritarianism, economically state-corporatism, and socio-culturally Confucianism. The historical interplay of these ecological factors have caused
welfare programs to be reluctantly initiated and asymmetrically developed and to be characterized as regressive in terms of redistribution and as unsatisfactory
with regard to equality and efficiency. In addition, suggested reform measures have been too theoretical and unrealistic. They tend to focus solely on structural aspects of welfare programs, and fail to consider any ecological reform measures.
