‘인문도시路 비행하라: 사천, 人文의 날개를 달다!’

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인문도시-사천 사업은 인문학의 가치를 현실의 우리 삶에 투영함으로써 삶의 문제를 극복하고, 인간과 그 삶의 가치 회복을 도모하는 ‘인문공동체’로서의 인문도시구현을 궁극적 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 수행 된 본 사업 내용을 간략하게 요약하면 다음과 같다.
본 사업단에서는 사천지역에 화합과 성찰의 인문공동체를 구현하기 위해 사천지역의 인문학적 보고를 기반으로 한 강좌, 체험, 축제를 구성하였다.
첫째, 인문적 성찰을 배양하기 위한 ‘인문강좌’는 일반시민, 중고생으로 대상을 구분하여 단계적으로 진행하였다. 또한 강의 장소까지 직접 찾아오기 어려운 다른 시민들의 인문학적 소양배양을 위한 ‘찾아가는 인문학 강좌’를 구성하였다. 나아가 이주민을 위한 ‘New Cormers 인문강좌’를 구성해 사천지역의 인문자산을 알고 지역문화에 대한 인문적 성찰의 토대를 제공하였다.
둘째, 인문체험은 지역의 인문학적 보고를 홍보하고 지역자산의 가치를 일깨우기 위한 방향으로 구성되었다. 전통문화자산, 현대인문자산의 가치를 널리 알리고 자긍심을 고취할 수 있는 체험행사를 다양하게 진행하였다.
마지막으로 인문주간을 널리 홍보하고 다양한 계층의 많은 시민들의 참여를 유도하기 위해 ‘인문주간’을 인문축제로 준비하였다. 인문주간 개막식, 인문도시 사천 서포터즈의 발대식, 결혼이주민의 인권 및 체류권과 사회권 확보를 위한 인문강좌, 다문화 가족 사천 사투리말하기 대회, 사천시민 시 창작 체험 등의 행사를 진행하였다.
