인터넷 스포츠 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 척도개발 및 적용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 인터넷 스포츠 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 척도를 개발하고 개발된 척도의 신뢰성과 타당성을 평가하여 소비자가 지각하는 인터넷 스포츠 쇼핑몰 서비스품질 차원을 파악하고 인터넷 스포츠 쇼핑몰 운영자의 직접적인 마케팅 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 통계 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 다양한 분석을 통하여 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과 개발된 서비스품질 척도는 디자인, 상호작용, 주문처리, 안전성, 정보, 가격과 같이 17문항으로 나타났다. 개발된 척도의 예측타당성을 평가하기 위하여 서비스품질과 만족 및 신뢰의 관계를 분석하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is (a)to clearly define the concept of service quality as it relates to the online sports shopping mall, and (b)to develop and validate a psychometrically sound measurement scale. For data analysis was made by PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, performing frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equating model. The current study conceptualized the service quality in the context of internet sports shopping mall by incorporating design, interaction, order processing, security, information, and price. The authors also developed 17 items internet sports shopping mall service quality(E-SSMSQ). The results of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling support the psychometric property of the scale.
