盧兢의 詩에 나타난 藝術境界와 人生態度

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 盧兢 漢詩의 특징과 그의 인생태도를 탐구함으로써 18세기 한시의 성향과 그 사상적 기반을 탐구하는 데 목적을 두었다. 아울러 몰락 양반 계층의 의식을 해명하여 18세기 정신사의 曲折을 이해하는 데도 일조하고자 하였다.
이런 관점에서 볼 때 노긍의 시에서 중요한 논점은 다음과 같다. 먼저 노긍의 시에는 매우 파격적인 句法이 사용된다는 사실을 지적할 수 있다. 그는 시구 안에서 일반적인 의미 단위를 깨뜨리면서 자유롭게 시상을 전개한다. 또 우리말 구어나 일상어를 끌어들여 시어로 활용함으로써 한시의 전형적인 미감을 깨뜨리기도 한다. 이러한 형식적인 일탈은 그의 시에 眞情이 자주 유로된다는 사실과 관련이 있을 듯하다. 그는 마음속의 진정을 유로하기 위하여 한시의 오랜 관습을 무너뜨리고 자유롭게 시상을 전개했던 것이다. 다만 그의 眞情이 어떤 대상과 상황에서, 그리고 어떠한 방식으로 표출되는 지 더 살펴보아야 한다. 또한 노긍 시의 형식적 일탈은 시인의 放達한 인생태도를 반영하는 것이기도 하다. 그는 시를 통해 세상의 예의나 규범에 구애되지 않는 삶의 태도를 드러내면서 부정한 현실에 맞서는 굳센 자아상을 표상하였다. 따라서 이러한 형식과 내용들을 중심으로 그의 인생태도를 구체적으로 해명할 계획이다.
한편 노긍의 시는 시인의 신산한 삶을 반영하기에 대개 憂愁의 정조가 깔려 있다. 그는 그러한 정조를 노골적으로 드러내지 않고 객관경물을 통해 절제된 어조로 표출한다. 이처럼 절제된 어조는 그의 냉철한 의식을 시사하는데, 이는 그가 운명을 수용하는 인생태도를 지녔다는 점과 관련될 듯하다. 그리고 이러한 태도의 기저에는 인생의 허무함에 대한 깊은 자각이 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 문제를 중심으로 그의 인생태도를 해명하고자 한다. 아울러 노긍의 시에서는 농민의 삶이 당시 사회에서 발견할 수 있는 건실하고 긍정적인 삶으로 묘사된다. 사대부의 삶보다 서민의 삶을 긍정하는 새로운 관점은 당대 현실 및 그의 인생태도와 관련하여 깊이 논의해야 할 부분이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to investigate the characteristics of Noh Geung's Chinese poetry and his life attitudes and thus delve into the tendencies and ideological foundations of Chinese poetry in the 18th century. His Chinese poems have the following noteworthy points: first, he broke down the typicality of Chinese poetry by growing out of its old methods or adopting the spoken and daily language of Korean. Such formal deviations have something to do with the fact that his true feelings were often revealed in his poems and also reflect his unreserved life attitude. The poet showed his strong attitude not bound to the courtesy or norm of the world through his poems. The sentiment of melancholy is also found in his poems. He expressed the sentiment in a controlled tone through objective natural features instead of revealing it explicitly. His tone implies his cold-headed consciousness, which seems to be related to his life attitude of embracing his destiny. There is his profound realization of vanity of life at the bottom of his attitude. In his poems, he also described the sound and positive life of farmers. He depicted the life of common people in a positive manner rather than the life of nobility, which was a new perspective that deserves deep discussions with regard to
