The purpose of this study is investigated the realities and an improvement plan of the practical arts education in the elementary school. The subjects of the inquiry were teachers who served in the rural of urban areas of Kyungsang South Province. Finally there were 521 questionnaires used in the analysis.
The results are as follows :
First, the practice conditions for the Practical Arts Education is not nearly prepared and more accomplished lecture for theory than practice. So really political supports of practice condition creation,
Second, the service training system for the improved on teachers' guidance skill was needed and various program development of practice assistance was needed.
Third, the investment of resources and equipment needed for the improved on practice environment of the Practical Arts in University of Education.
