청소년의 유해업소 접촉실태와 경찰의 단속활동 방향 = An effective Method of Regulations on the harmful Facilities to Youth in the Police Activities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objectives of this research is to propose several policy recommendations that enable to promote efficiency of police activity on the harmful facilities to youth.

Recently the regulation activities of the police on the harmful facilities was relatively focused on the illegal gambling facilities. As a result, gambling facilities decreased on a large scale. But police’s regulation records on the violators of Juvenile Protection Act are on a decreasing trend. It is due to the insufficiency of available hands. In order to compensate for insufficient police man power, it is need to make best use of civil man power. This research suggest to expand the weight of civil man power in civil-officials joint investigation team and to diversify the use of it. Besides it is need to take a share of regulation activities on the harmful facilities. In citizen’s organization, it is need to concentrate it’s effort on surveillance duty and in police organization, on immediate regulation activity linked with surveillance activity of citizen’s organization.
