한 農村保健支所에 있어서 住民의 一次的 醫療受惠實態에 관한 調査 = A Study on Utilization of Su-dong Health Subcenter as a Primary Medicare Facilities

A study on the utilization of a rural health subcenter as the primary medical care facilities during the three years from 1973 to 1975 was carried out through analizing the medical records of outpatients in Su-dong Health Subcenter, Yang-ju Gun in January, 1976 and the following results were obtained: 1. The five major diseases (Classified using I. C. D) among the patients in the health subcenter were Diseases of the Respiratory system [VIII], Diseases of the Digestive System [VII], Accidents, Poisoning and Violence [XVI], Diseases of Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue [XII], and Diseases of Neurous System and Sense Organ. 2. The rates of free payment patients in the health subcenter were 12.0% in 1973, 23.4% in 1974, and 14.2% in 1975 respectively. 3. The range of medicare fee paid by the out-patients was varied from free payment to more than 2,000 Won for each clinic call but 92.5% of the total cases was treated in 1973, 88.9% in 1974 and 67.7% in 1975 with less than 300 won.
4. The annual patient increase rate was 132 in 1974 and 152 in 1975 based on 100 in 1973. 5. The distribution of out patients by age grouped was the highest in 1-6 aged group with 24.8% in 1974 and 25. 5% in 1975 respectively. 6. The annual utilization rate of the health subcenter by Su-dong Myun was 921 per 1,000 inhabitants in 1975.
