In this study, an expert system that controls green house dynamically and automatically is designed and implemented. The system consists of knowledge-base subsystem, inference engine and database subsystem. Knowledges of growth model for tomato are represented in production rules of the knowledge-base subsystem. And facts of the model are stored in the database subsystem. Finally the inference engine searchs the optimal action using forward and backward chaining.
