      The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of general teachers and special education teachers in K and D city as a basic investigation research to suggest various needs for the economic education through the survey on the needs for the implementation of economic education for special education students. For this purpose, we selected 150 general teachers and special education teachers who are teaching special education students, and the results of the questionnaire survey consisting of 25 questions were summarized as follows.
      First, the request investigation for the economics education of special education students showed that economic education appropriate to the characteristics of special education students was needed. The reason why the economics education of special education students is not well done is the lack of specialists in economics education, the lack of administrative support, and the absence of economic education programs. In addition, it showed that the training of economic education is needed at a very high level, and the need for constructing a complementary plan linked with the local community and the establishment of programs for professional leaders.
      Second, the demands of teachers for economic education programs for special education students shows that experience of economics related education and programs was very poor, based on these needs, the willingness to participate in programs related to the economy was high. In addition, a new program of economic education that meets the needs of special education students is needed.
      Based on these results, we discussed the need of supports for economic education which the special education students in the general education environment can understand easily and train through various activities, and proposed a variety of studies that reflected this level of demand levels.
