수영운동 참여가 주부의 여가 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향 = The Influence The Participation In A Swimming Has On Housewife's Satisfaction In Leisure And Life

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has analyzed having 315 housewives in Seoul as the subject and got the conclusion like following, in order to examine positively the influence the participation in a swimming has on housewife's, satisfaction in leisure and life by investigating if there is any significant difference between the housewives' satisfaction in leisure and life who paricipate and don't participate in a swimming exercise.
First, As result of a Chi-square analysis, the general characteristics showed a significant difference in the satisfaction in leisure, the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life according to the yes or no of the participation in as swimming.
Second, As a result of verifying the difference in the extent of satisfaction between the domains. a group of participants in a swimming showed more significant difference than a group of those who didn't participate in the satisfaction in leisure. the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life.
Third, It appeared that there were mutual relation and a significant difference between each other in the satisfaction in leisure, the experience of immersion and the satisfaction in life.
Fourth. As result of Stepwise Multiple Regression, Only the mental, resting and environmental satisfaction have a strn persuasive power, and the other changing factor has no persuasive bower.
