This case was developed to examine marketing strategy of social enterprise through SNS. We have built the firm page of 'LES GRAINES,' a small cooky and bread maker, and traced the performance of Facebook PR. LES GRAINES had a lot of marketing problems including poor location, lack of brand recognition, and less loyal customers. After building the firm page using various Facebook tools, like and fan have increased. This led increasing of visitor to company homepage and online orders. Implications of the case were suggested in the conclusion.
