지역사회복지협의체의 사회복지정책 심의과정에 영향을 미치는 요인: 제1기 군산시 지역사회복지협의체 사례를 중심으로 = The Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Social Welfare Policy Consideration Process of the Community Welfare Committees in Kunsan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the social welfare policy consideration process of the community welfare committees To fulfill this purpose this research adapted the mixed methods research. 16participants who were a member of were the community welfare committees joined for in-depth interviews. Through the in-depth interviews 12 dimensions were categorized: the perception of the community welfare committees, the structure of decision making, the willness of the social policy makers, the personal endeavor of the community welfare committees, the effort of the constructive, the communication methods, the communication behavior, the pressure of the political environment, the social situation, the response of the social needs, the economic circumstance, and the professionalism of the community welfare committees. These 12 dimensions were re-classified in 4 dimensions: the structure of the policy making and the social welfare policy consideration process, the participants of the social welfare policy consideration process, the existence of the agenda of social welfare problems, and political, economic and social states.
