유보통합을 위한 유치원과 어린이집의 교사자격 및 양성과정 방안 모색 = Exploring alternatives in teacher qualifications and training program for Integration of Early Childhood Education and Care

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현재 우리나라 유치원과 어린이집 교사에 관한 법규와 유치원교사와 어린이집 교사의 교사자격제도, 양성과정을 고찰해보고, 외국의 교사자격제도와 양성과정을 분석해 본 후 학자별 교사자격, 양성과정을 분석하여 올바른 유보통합을 위한 교사자격제도와 양성과정에 대한 대안을 모색해보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 첫째는 유보통합을 위한 자격제도 방안은 중앙부처를 일원화하여 갈등상황을 최소화하면서 자격제도를 통합하고, 교사의 질 향상을 위해 자격제도에 대한 국가의 관리가 필요하며, 둘째는 유보통합을 위한 양성제도는 유아교육기관 교사를 양성하는 기관들을 학과중심제로 바꾸고 교직과목을 강화하여 교사의 전문성 신장과 질 제고에 힘써야 하며, 셋째는 외국에서의 교사기준이나 양성과정을 보면 대학에서 유아교육과를 전공하고 전문성을 함양할 수 있도록 수업연한이나 교직 이수시간을 확대하고 있고 현직연수를 받을 수 있도록 정부가 관리하고 있다. 넷째는 학자들의 유보통합에 대한 분석을 보면 자격제도 부분에서는 일원화된 명칭을 사용하고, 이를 위해서는 자격기준 체계의 변화가 필요하디는 부분과 양성제도에서는 우선 유아교육기관의 담임을 하기 위해서는 학력은 4년제 이상으로 하며, 양성기관에서 동일 교육과정을 거친 경우에만 자격증을 부여해야 한다고 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to consider law and teacher qualification and training program of kindergarten and day care center teacher and analysis teacher qualifications and training program in other countries. Trough the analysis of teacher qualifications and training courses per scholars, this study aim to find alternatives in teacher qualifications and training program for Integration of Early Childhood Education and Care. First qualification system for Integration of ECEC is to integrate by unifying the central government with minimizing conflict situations and national management need for improving the quality of teachers. Second training program for Integration of ECEC is to change an educational institution of teacher for early childhood into focusing on a school subject and strive to improve the quality and expertise of teacher through strengthening subject of the teaching profession. Third on standards of teacher and training courses in foreign in foreign countries, the university is expanding majoring in early childhood education and years required for graduation or time of completing a course in teacher to cultivate the expertise. Also to get the training field is administered by the government. Fourth looking at an analysis for Integration of ECEC of academic, they uses a unified name on qualification system For this, the system of qualification standard needs to change. And the system of the training need priority more 4 years of academic qualification section to be a classroom teacher of preschool education institution Training institution should grant a license to them when they only finish the same curriculum.
