내면아이치료 상담사들의 치유 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구: 상담사 자기치유와 내담자 치유와의 연결고리 = A Phenomenological Study on the Inner Child Therapists’ Experience: The Linked Healing Process Between the Therapists and the Client

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 내면아이치료 상담사들이 상담 현장에서 내담자들과의 상담관계를 통해 얻는 경험들을 이해하고자 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학적 방법으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 내면아이상담전문가 자격을 취득하고, 5년 이상 내면아이치료 경험을 가진 내면아이치료 상담사 7명을 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석 결과, 참여자 경험의 의미를 밝혀준 386개의 의미 단위를 도출한 후 중복되거나 구조 밖의 것들을 제외한 83개의 중심의미를 구성하였다. 중심의미들을 다시 24개의 하위구성요소와 8개의 핵심 구성요소인 ‘상처받은 내면아이를 발견함’, ‘상처받은 내면아이를돌봄’, ‘놀라운 아이를 만남’, ‘치유에 확신이 생김’, ‘또 다른 상처받은 내면아이와의 만남’, ‘또 다른상처받은 내면아이의 돌봄에 함께 함’, ‘또 다른 놀라운 아이를 만남’, ‘함께 동반 성장함’로 의미구조를 밝혔다. 마지막으로, 본 연구참여자인 내면아이치료 상담사들의 경험에 초점을 맞추어 치유의 연결고리라는 주제로 재구성하여 일반적 구조 기술로 통합, 정리하였다. 본 연구의 결과들이 가지는 시사점을 중심으로 논의와 연구의 임상적 의의를 기술하였으며, 제한점 및 향후 연구를 위한 방향을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to understand the experiences of Inner Child Therapists’ in counseling relationships with their clients by employing the descriptive phenomenological method developed by Giorgi (2004). For this purpose, seven Inner Child Therapists with more than five years of experience were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. The analysis yielded 386 semantic units and 83 central meanings. Meaning structures were determined by 24 sub-components and 8 key components, including ‘Discovering a Wounded Inner Child,’ ‘Caring for a Wounded Inner Child,’ ‘Meeting a Wonderful Child,’ ‘Confidence in Healing,’ ‘Discovering Another Wounded Inner Child,’ ‘Being with Another Wounded Inner Child,’ ‘Meeting Another Wonderful Child,’ and ‘Growing Together.’ Finally, with a focus on the participants’ experiences, general structural descriptions were formulated under the theme of the linked healing process. The study discussed the clinical significance and the implications, along with highlighting limitations and proposing directions for future research.
