The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivation to learn Tae Kwon Do (TKD) perception of the best and the worst experience on The Kwon Do(TKD) instructor, and learning Five hunched and eighty nine middle school students of five middle schools in Kyunggido and Kangwon province were used for the study. They were all experienced TKD and submitted consent form before the data collection. Written description were collected using the critical incident report. The results of this study showed that there are many concern on TKD program and instructors for better teaching. Students tend to depend on their parents or friends to start learning TKD.
The best experience in learning TKD was health improvement. On the other hand, the worst experience was on difficulty of skill learning, surprisingly, The second one was physical punishment. The best experience from the instructor was careness. The worst thing in the same category was physical assault. The study suggests a proper direction for the Taekwondo education reform movement.
