장애유형에 따른 직업능력 비교분석 : 장애인고용패널조사 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구에서는 장애인고용패널조사(Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled)자료 를 기반으로 장애의 유형에 따른 직업능력 수준을 비교·분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 장애인고용패널조사(Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled) 2차 웨이브 4차 조사 자료 중 모든 설문 문항에 유효한 응답을 한 2394명의 장애인을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 장애의 유형에 따른 직업능력 수준을 비교·분석하기 위하여 일원배치분산분석(One Way ANOVA) 을 실시하였고, 사후분석으로 Scheffé test를 시행하였다. 결과 : 장애유형간의 직업능력 수준을 비교·분석한 결과 업무 능력, 업무 경력, 사회적 관계의 조 직적응 능력에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 사회적 관계의 취업에 도움을 줄 수 있는 지인의 수에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 장애유형 중 정신적장애인이 다른 장 애유형(신체외부장애, 감각장애, 신체내부장애)에 비해 비교적 낮은 수준의 직업능력을 보였다. 결론 : 장애유형에 따른 직업재활 접근 시 업무 능력과 경력 그리고 조직적응 능력은 간과해서는 안 되는 중요한 변인이 되겠다. 그 중 정신적장애를 경험하는 대상자들의 직업능력 향상을 위한 고 려는 다른 장애유형 보다 더욱 선제적이고 구체적으로 접근되어져야 할 필요가 있겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objective : This study aimed to compare and analyze the vocational ability level according to the types of disability based on the data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled. Methods : 2,394 persons with disabilities who answered all the questionnaires validly among the data of the 2nd wave of the 4th wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled were selected as subjects of the study. One-way ANOVA was performed to compare and analyze the vocational ability level according to the types of disability, and the Scheffé test was performed as a post-hoc analysis. Results : As a result of comparing and analyzing the vocational ability levels according to disability types, statistically significant differences were found in work ability, work experiences, and organizational adaptability of social relationships. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in the number of acquaintances who could help socially to find employment. Among the types of disability, the mentally disabled showed a relatively low level of vocational ability compared to other types of disability (external physical disability, sensory impairment, and internal physical disability). Conclusion : When approaching vocational rehabilitation according to the types of disability, work ability, work experiences, and organizational adaptability will be important variables that should not be overlooked. In addition, consideration for improving the vocational ability of subjects experiencing mental disorders needs to be approached more preemptively and specifically than other types of disabilities.
