대학생의 자기효능감이 진로성숙과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Self-efficacy on Career Maturity and Career Preparation Behavior of University Student : The Mediating Effect of Career Aspiration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감이 진로성숙과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 동시에 진로포부를 매개로 한 영향을 검증하고 있다. 서울, 경기, 강원 지역에 소재한 4년제 2학년 대학생을 대상으로 2016년 9월 1일 ~ 30일 사이에 배포한 설문지 중 504부가 최종 분석자료로 사용되었다. 자료처리는 한 설문조사를 분석에 사용하였으며, 공변량 구조분석(covariance structure analysis)과 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트랩핑(bootstrapping)분석을 이용하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 진로포부, 진로성숙, 진로준비행동 등에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로포부는 진로성숙, 진로준비행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 진로포부를 매개로 자기효능감은 진로성숙과 진로준비행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 가장 큰 영향을 보인 반면, 진로포부는 진로성숙에 가장 큰 영향을 보였다. 이는 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로발달 과제인 진로성숙과 진로준비행동의 향상에 중요한 영향요인이므로 주도적으로 진로를 결정하고 진로를 준비하도록 대학생의 교과내용에서 자기효능감 향상을 위한 교육이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of self-efficacy on career maturity and career preparation behavior using the mediating effect of career aspiration. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 504 university students in Seoul, Kyonggi, Gang-Won. Using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, we conducted the validity test, reliability analysis, covariance structure analysis on the collected data. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, self-efficacy had a significant effect on career maturity and career preparation behavior. Second, career aspiration had a significant effect on career maturity and career preparation behavior. Third, self-efficacy had a significant effect on career aspiration. And self-efficacy on career maturity and career preparation behavior through career aspiration. Results suggest that self-efficacy need to be included to the educational fields and curriculums to improve and enforce self-efficacy should be considered.
