Uterine cervical nabothian cysts are common gynecological diseases in women of reproductive age. Generally, nabothian cysts are small and asymptomatic. However, deep nabothian cysts are rare and benign lesion of the cervix that can be difficult to distinguish adenoma malignum. We have experienced a case of a 47-year-old woman, who received total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) with incidentally detected uterine cervical nabothian cysts. The patient was then successfully treated with mass excision. She has a close observation with no recurrence. In of this case, we aimed to discuss uterine cervical nabothian cysts and a review of the literature.
