家族治療에 관한 理論的 考察 = A Theorectical Study on Family Therapy

The modern society got more and more complicated and specialized. There with various approaches to the study on family problems were developed. As and approach to them, marital and family therapy has recently got into the spotlight. Marital and family therapy is still in an early stage of its study in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the framework of marital and family therapy and to study on effective application of the family therapy developed in the western countries into family problems in korea. For which interdisciplinary studies are required between family therapists and family researchers.
This study aims to overview the basic framework of family therapy and accodingly, this study discribes the characteristics and purposes of family therapy. In addition, the recent theories of family therapy are systematically classified and outlined. This study also includes the comparative analysis of well-functioning family and dysfunctional family which have related to the purpose of family therapy.
By this study, it is expected to help us have a broader viewpoint in the study of family relationship based on the concepts of family therapy.
