국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학교 태권도 선수의 자기관리가 인지된 수행에 미치는 영향에 정신력을 매개변인으로 하여 각 변인간의 관계를 보다 구체적으로 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역의 고등학교 태권도 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 272부의 자료를 본 조사의 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 조사된 자료의 통계분석 방법은 SPSS 20.0와 AMOS 20.0 Graphic를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, Cronbach``s

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among self-management, mental toughness and perecived performance of high school Taekwondo players. In addition, it was to examine the mediating effect of mental toughness between self-management and perecived performance. In order to achieve these goals, a participants of high school Taekwondo players in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do region was selected. A total of 272 respondents were used for the final results for this study by using convenient sampling method. Data were analyzed by conducting, frequency analysis, covariance structure analysis, and bootstrapping using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results were as follows; First, self-management influenced on mental toughness. Second, self-management influenced on perecived performance. Third, mental toughness influenced on perecived performance. Fourth, self-management had directly influences on perceived performance, but it had more influence on perceived performance through the mediation of mental toughness.
