코로나 19 이후 시대를 대비하는 자기명료화를 위한 온라인 진로교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 탐색적 접근

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 온라인 자기명료화 진로교육 프로그램(My Career Story)을 개발하기 위해 프로그램의 근간이 되는 진로구성 이론에서 기초 원리와 전략을 도출하고, 실제 온라인에서 운영한 후 학습 경험을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진로구성 이론의 내러티브 정체성 원리를 토대로 자전적 글쓰기를 통해 자신의 진로와 관련된 핵심 주제를 파악하고, 메타 성찰을 도움으로써 삶의 의미와 목적에 비추어 자기명료화를 하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 본 프로그램의 내용적 요소와 교수학습 모델의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 전문가 집단으로부터 검토 및 평정을 받았고, 구글 드라이브를 활용하여 온라인 학습관리시스템을 구축하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 P 시의 고등학교 3학년 227명을 대상으로 6주 동안 운영한 후, 프로그램에 대한 만족도와 학습 경험을 분석하기 위해 참여자를 대상으로 설문 및 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 만족도 분석 결과, 가장 높은 만족도를 나타낸 활동은 핵심가치를 찾는 활동이었고, 학습 경험에 대한 질적 내용 분석을 통해, ‘정체성 강화’, ‘진로 목표와 방향성 설정’, ‘긍정 정서의 향상’, ‘진로정보 탐색 행동’으로 테마를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 진로구성 이론을 기반으로 하는 온라인 자기명료화 진로교육 프로그램의 효과를 확인하였으며, 향후 온·오프라인 블렌디드 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하는 과정에서 하나의 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to derive basic principles and strategies from career construction theory and apply online teaching principle to analyze learner’s experience and learning experiences after operating online in real life, in order to develop online self-clarification program(My Career Story). To this end, the goal was to identify key topics related to one’s career through self-reporting writing based on the narratives of career construction theory, and to make self-clarification with the meaning and purpose of life by helping to reflect meta-reflect on oneself. To verify the content elements of this program and the validity of the teaching learning model, we received reviews and evaluations from a group of experts, and we used Google drives to establish an online learning management system. After running the developed program for six weeks on 227 high school seniors in P city, participants were surveyed and interviewed to analyze their satisfaction with the program and its learning experiences. As a result of the analysis, the most satisfying activities were found to be those seeking core values, and as a result of qualitative analysis of learning effects, they could be categorized into ‘strengthening identity’, ‘setting career goals and direction’, ‘improvement of positive emotions’ and ‘action to seek career information’. Through this study, we have confirmed the effectiveness of online career education programs based on the theory of career construction and expect them to be used as a model in developing blended online and offline career education programs in the future.
