국공립 및 민간 어린이집의 전문성지원환경이 보육교사의 헌신과 소진에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Professional Learning Environment on Commitment and Burnout of Public and Private Child Care Teachers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study compared the difference of professional learning environment, commitment, burnout between public and private child care teachers, and analyzed the professional learning environment impact on commitment and burnout. The subjects were 320 public and private child care teachers. According to the results, public teachers showed higher professional learning environment, lower commitment and burnout than private teachers. Both public and private child care teachers, the higher professional learning environment, the more increased commitment increased. But, teachers' burnout is high when professional learning environment is low.
