Una propuesta para el estudio de los marcadores discursivos en Interlengua

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중간언어 (interlanguage), 즉 외국어로서의 스페인어 학습자들의 언어를 분석함에 있어. 기존의 방식과는 다른 새로운 관점으로 접근함으로서 그 동안 고려되지 않았던 요소들의 중요성을 부각시키고 앞으로의 더 확대된 연구를 위한 구체적 제안을 하고자 한다. 지금까지 스페인어 중간언어 연구의 대부분은 문장범위내의 문법적 요소들을 그 대상으로 삼았으나, 본 논문에서는 그 범위를 텍스트로 설정하고 텍스트 범주 내에서도 담화표지어의 사용을 구어, 문어체별로 알아봄으로서 스페인어 학습자들이 문장과 문장 또는 단락과 단락을 연결하고자 할 때 사용하는 구체적인 언어전략을 알아보고자 한다. 분석자료 범위가 넓지 않아 외국어로서의 담화표지어 사용에 대한 일반적 규칙을 제안하기는 어렵지만, 앞으로의 스페인어 중간언어의 담화표지어 연구에 대한 기본적 방법, 방향을 설정하고자 했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Organic films of Alq_(3) and TPD, which stand as successful materials used in organic electroluminescence applications, were deposited by the pulsed laser deposition method as an alternative to traditional thermal evaporation and spin coating techniques. An organic pellet target was ablated with two wavelengths, 532 and 355 nm, of a Q-switched Nd/YAG laser at a base pressure of 2×10^(-5) torr. Films on slide glasses were evaluated by photoluminescence, AFM, absorption spectra, and XRD to find the possibility of those films acting as organic light-emitting diodes. When 355 nm laser irradiation was used for deposition, Alq_(3) and TPD films had negligible voids and were less stressed than thermal films. Even though we used a highly stressed Alq_(3) pellet target, the Alq_(3) film prepared by pulsed laser deposition showed a preferential structure similar to the thermally evaporated Alq_(3) film. Films deposited in this experiment were more amorphous than the films fabricated by excimer lasers.
