교양교육에서 자기계발과 성공의 중요성에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 교양교육에서 자기계발과 성공에 관한 교육이 중요해지고 있다. 그래서 각 대학마다 너도나도 이들과 관련된 교육이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그런데 자기계발과 성공에서는 먼저 성공 개념이 바르게 정의되어야 하고, 이에 따라 자기계발 요령을 다루어야 한다. 필자는 이런 관점에서 먼저 성공 개념을 세속적인 관점에서 부, 지위(권력), 명예의 추구라고 보았다. 그리고 보다 고상한 성공 개념으로 자아실현, 행복의 추구, 지속적인 자기계발과 성장 추구를 들었다. 그리고 자기계발 요령은 개인적 차원, 대인관계적 차원, 조직적 차원으로 나누어서 개인적인 차원에서는 성공습관과 자기관리, 자신감과 자존감, 긍정적 사고와 창의성, 그리고 대인관계적 차원에서는 인간관계, 커뮤니케이션과 대화, 스피치와 프레젠테이션, 웃음과 유머, 협상과 설득, 세일즈(영업), 마지막으로 조직적 차원에서는 리더십과 섬김의 리더십, 감성(공감)과 코칭리더십, 팀과 조직경영 리더십 등이 필요하다고 제시하였다. 이렇게 균형적으로 자기계발을 할 때 세속적인 성공은 물론이고 보다 고상한 성공도 성취할 수 있다고 보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Today the education on the importance of self-development and success in the liberal arts education. So the education related to this is been giving briskly at each university. By the way the concept of success must be defined rightly first and the method of self-development be suggested according to this. The author first suggested the concept of success as follows: Secular perspectivewealth, position(power), fame. More elevated perspective- self-realization, pursuit of happiness, pursuit of continuous self-development and growth. And the author suggested the method of self-development in personal dimension, inter-relational dimension, organizational dimension as follows: Personal dimension- success habit and self-management, self-confidence and delf-esteem, positive thinking and creativity. Inter-relational dimension- laughter and humor, negotiation and persuasion, sales. Organizational dimension-leadership and servant leadership, sensitivity and coaching leadership, team and organization management leadership. When these things are achieved in a balanced way, we shall achieve success in secular perspective as well as more elevated perspective.
