성인초기 성인애착과 이성관계만족의 관계: 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 매개효과 = Adult Attachment and Heterosexual Relationship Satisfaction in Early Adulthood: Mediating Effects of Relationship Authenticity and Caregiving

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 Rogers의 이론 및 기존 선행연구결과를 바탕으로, 성인애착 불안과 이성관계 만족 간의 관계에서 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 다중매개효과와 성인애착 회피와 이성관계만족 간의 관계에서 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 다중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 제주도를 제외한 전국의 연애경험이 있는 20대 미혼 성인 남녀 305명을 대상으로 한국문화에 맞게 타당화된 성인애착 척도, 관계진솔성 척도, 보살핌 척도, 이성관계만족 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 21.0과 Process Macro v 3.4를 사용하여 자료를 분석하고, 간접효과 검증을 위한 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성인애착 불안과 이성관계만족 간 관계에서 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 부분매개효과가 유의하였고, 성인애착 회피와 이성관계만족 간 관계에서 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 부분매개효과가 유의하였다. 또한 성인애착 불안과 성인애착 회피 모두 관계진솔성과 보살핌을 순차적으로 매개하여 이성관계만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 관계진솔성과 보살핌의 다중매개효과가 입증되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 살펴본 논의, 이론적 및 실제적 시사점과 의의, 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 기술하였다.

The present study examined the multi-mediating effects of relationship authenticity and caregiving on the link between adult anxiety attachment and heterosexual relationship and between adult avoidant attachment and heterosexual relationship satisfaction by analyzing responses from 305 people in their 20s nationwide using Process Macro v 3.4. As a result of the analysis, the partial mediating effect of relationship authenticity and caring was significant in the relationship between attachment anxiety and heterosexual satisfaction, and the partial mediating effect of relationship honesty and caring in the relationship between attachment avoidance and heterosexual satisfaction was significant. In addition, both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance sequentially mediate relationship authenticity and caring to influence heterosexual satisfaction, proving the multi-mediating effect of relationship authenticity and caring. Implications, limitations, and suggestions for further research are discussed.
