도시 근로 청소년의 근로환경과 식이 양상에 관한 연구 = A Study on the dietary patterns and working environments of working adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서울 시내에 거주하는 근로 청소년들의 근로 환경과 식생활 실태 및 그 관련 요인을 조사한 결과 조사대상자의 평균 영양 지식 평점은 41.44였으며 여자가 남자보다 영양 평점이 유의적으로 높았고 (P<0.001) 평균 영양태도 평점은 5.6이였으며 여자의 영양태도가 남자에 비해 유의적으로 바람직하고 좋았으며 평균 영양진단 평점은 2.55였으며, 영양 결핍에 의한 임상 증상 수는 남자 15.3개, 여자 25.8개로써 여자의 임상증상수가 녹아 건강 실태는 여자가 더 불량한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 영양 지식은 영양 태도(P<0.01), 영양 진단 평점은(P<0.05), 영양 결핍에 대한 임상 증상수(P<0.01)와 유의적인 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 영양태도는 식습관, 영양진단 평점, 영양결핍에 의한 임상증상 수와는 유의적인 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was carried out to investigate dietary patterns and related factors of working adolescents in Seoul. The average score of nutritional knowledge was 41.44. Female subjects showed significantly higher than male subjects in nutritional knowledge score(p<0.001). The average score of nutritional attitude was 5.6. The average score of nutritional attitude was 5.63 in male subjects and 6.05 in female subjects. This indicated that female subjects had more desirable and possitive nutritional attitude than male subjects (p<0.01). The average score of nutritional diagnosis was 2.55 and the number of clinical symptoms of nutritional deficiency was 20.1. The nutritional knowledge was correlated with nutritional attitude(p<0.01), nutritional diagnosis score(p<0.05) and the number of clinical symptoms of nutritional deficiency (p<0.01).
